What We Do:

  • Clerk of Council, assist in the research and development of ordinances for City Councilors
  • Record public meeting notices

  • Develop agendas with Council President

  • Sale of Fisheries and Wildlife Licenses
  • Raffle Permits, Permits for storage of flammable materials, Auto Dealers Licenses

 

  • Maintain Voter Lists and information

  • Manage voting procedures for local and state elections
  • Maintain campaign finance records

  • Maintain Census Files
  • Collect and distribute correspondences to City Councilors
